Questions owners ask
Is claiming really free?
Yes. Claiming, editing your listing, adding a menu and replying to reviews are free. You only pay if you choose a placement.
How do you check that I own the spot?
We send a code to the phone number on the listing, or to a work email at your venue domain. If neither works, upload a CAC document or a utility bill and our team will review it in 1 to 2 working days.
Can my team manage the listing too?
Yes. The owner can invite managers to a spot from the Team page. Each person signs in with their own account.
Can I remove a bad review?
You cannot delete reviews, but you can reply in public. If a review breaks our rules, report it and we will take a look.
Does paying make my reviews look better?
No. Paid placements are always labelled Sponsored and never touch ratings or reviews.
